هذه الخدمات تابعة للدكتور عمار اليوسف، جرّاح الفم والوجه والفكين في دبي والشارقة، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وتشمل المساعدات الرقمية التي تعمل لصالحه: عزة (واتساب والهاتف والحجز والدفع على book.drammaralyousef.com)، ودانة (نموذج التاريخ الطبي ورفع الملفات على care.drammar.ae)، وإدارة حسابات الدكتور الرسمية على Instagram وFacebook وTikTok، وأداة Clinic Reports الخاصة بالدكتور.
ليست بديلاً عن الكشف الطبي
الردود على واتساب ووسائل التواصل والهاتف للمعلومات العامة وتنسيق المواعيد فقط، ولا تُعدّ تشخيصاً أو رأياً طبياً أو خطة علاج. أي تقييم طبي يتم فقط بعد الكشف في العيادة. في الحالات الطارئة، توجّه إلى أقرب قسم طوارئ.
المساعدات الرقمية
بعض الردود تُصاغ بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي ويتابعها فريق الدكتور. إذا سألت إن كنت تتحدث مع مساعد رقمي، نجيبك بصدق.
الحجز والدفع
يُؤكَّد الموعد حسب ما يُبلَّغ لك عند الحجز. تتم عمليات الدفع لدى مزوّد الدفع وتخضع لشروطه أيضاً. تُبلَّغ بشروط الإلغاء والاسترداد الخاصة بموعدك عند الحجز.
استخدامك للخدمة
عند التواصل معنا، توافق على تقديم معلومات صحيحة، وعدم إرسال محتوى مسيء أو غير قانوني أو مزعج. ويحق لنا عدم الرد على الرسائل المخالفة أو إخفاؤها أو الإبلاغ عنها.
منصات الطرف الثالث
استخدامك لـ WhatsApp وInstagram وFacebook وTikTok يخضع أيضاً لشروط تلك المنصات وسياساتها. لسنا مسؤولين عن خدمات هذه المنصات أو توفرها.
الأداة الخاصة Clinic Reports
Clinic Reports أداة خاصة للدكتور وحده، لا تُعرض ولا تُباع ولا تُرخَّص لأي شخص آخر. كل مستند تُعدّه مسوّدة يراجعها الدكتور، وهو المسؤول بالكامل عن أي قرار طبي وعمّا يُعطى للمريض. ويقتصر تسجيل الدخول فيها على حساب Google الخاص به.
الخصوصية
تشرح سياسة الخصوصية البيانات التي نصل إليها وكيف نستعملها، وتشرح صفحة حذف البيانات كيف تطلب حذفها.
حدود المسؤولية
نقدّم الخدمة كما هي، ونسعى لأن تكون المعلومات دقيقة، دون ضمان خلوّها من الأخطاء أو استمرار توفرها دون انقطاع، وذلك في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.
التعديلات والقانون المطبّق
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويُذكر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Who we are
These services are operated for Dr. Ammar Alyousef, oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Dubai and Sharjah, UAE. They include the digital assistants working for him: Ezza (WhatsApp, phone, booking and payment on book.drammaralyousef.com), Dana (the medical-history form and file uploads on care.drammar.ae), the management of the doctor's official Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts, and the doctor's private Clinic Reports tool.
Not a substitute for a medical examination
Replies on WhatsApp, social media and phone are for general information and appointment coordination only. They are not a diagnosis, medical opinion or treatment plan. Any medical assessment takes place only after an examination at the clinic. In an emergency, go to the nearest emergency department.
Digital assistants
Some replies are drafted with the help of AI and followed by the doctor's team. If you ask whether you are talking to a digital assistant, we will tell you honestly.
Booking and payment
An appointment is confirmed as communicated to you when you book. Payments are processed by the payment provider and are also subject to its terms. The cancellation and refund terms for your appointment are communicated to you when you book.
Your use of the service
When you contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and not to send abusive, unlawful or spam content. We may decline to reply to, hide or report messages that break these terms.
Third-party platforms
Your use of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok is also governed by those platforms' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those platforms' services or availability.
The private Clinic Reports tool
Clinic Reports is a private tool for the doctor only; it is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else. Every document it prepares is a draft that the doctor reviews, and he remains fully responsible for any clinical decision and for what is given to a patient. Sign-in is limited to his own Google account.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we access and how we use it, and the Data deletion page explains how to request deletion.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We aim to keep information accurate, but to the extent permitted by law we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always available.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date of the latest update is shown at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
